Rights of the Interested Parties

FEEX ASESORES, S.L. informs Users that they may exercise the rights of access, rectification, limitation, deletion, portability, and opposition to the processing of their personal data before the Data Controller, as well as the withdrawal of the consent provided.

• Right of Access: It is the user's right to obtain information about their specific personal data and the processing that has been carried out or is being carried out, as well as the available information about the origin of such data and the communications made or planned regarding them.

• Right of Rectification: It is the right of the affected party to modify any data that turns out to be inaccurate or incomplete. It can only be satisfied in relation to the information that is under the control of FEEX ASESORES, S.L., for example, deleting comments published on the page itself, images, or web content where the user's personal data appears.

To exercise any of the rights described above, you must meet the following requirements:

• The request sent by the data subject must meet the following legal requirements:

  • Name, surname of the interested party, and a copy of the DNI/NIE or any identifying document. In exceptional cases where representation is admitted, the identification by the same means of the person who represents them will also be necessary, as well as the document advising and adapting to the lssi-ce · proof of representation. A photocopy of the DNI may be replaced as long as the identity is verified by any other means legally valid.

  • Request detailing the application. (Exercise in which the information to which you want access is requested). If it does not refer to a specific file, all the information held with your personal data will be provided. If information about a specific file is requested, only the information from this file. If information relating to a third party is requested, it will never be provided. If requested by phone, you will be informed to do it in writing and will be told how to do so and the address to which it must be sent. Information will never be given by phone.

  • Documents proving the request made.

  • The interested party must use any means that allows proving the sending and receiving of the request.
